曼谷进亚洲前50的餐厅不少，但是米其林三星好像就蓝象这唯一一个。不过需要解释一下，曼谷蓝象是总店，但是其分店布鲁塞尔店才是真正意义上的米其林三星。曼谷之行一定不能错过蓝象餐厅啦！话说国内最近也出现不少蓝象泰国餐厅，不过貌似都是冒牌的，还都打着米其林三星的旗号，简直可笑！曼谷蓝象好像只在曼谷以外的普吉岛、伦敦、巴黎、布鲁塞尔、哥本哈根、雅加达、马耳他、迪拜开设了分店吧！可以说是水准最高的泰国菜餐厅了（Nahm风格与之不同）。位置距离市中心有好几站轻轨，大概晚上七点多到的，没有提前预定，还好有座位。还没进去就被高大上的环境折服了。一家开在三层黄色洋楼里的泰国餐厅，在夜晚璀璨灯光的存托下分外夺目。餐厅对顾客的穿着有要求，曼谷太热，我一直都是短裤出行，店员给了我一条泰式长裤让我换上，这才进去点菜就餐了。餐厅的整体风格是泰式与欧式的混搭，菜单是纯英文，纠结了半天才点菜。最有名的两道菜（咖喱蟹&amp;冬阴功汤）一个人吃也差不多了。咖喱蟹价格比较昂贵，就连冬阴功汤也比一般的泰国餐厅贵出许多，但这丝毫不影响我享受美食的欲望！果然是米其林餐厅的风范，先上了一道三种口味的前菜，也是非常精致。口味会偏清爽，主要是用来开胃的。后面才是重头戏。冬阴功汤被装在设计精巧的器皿里，微火炖煮，香气扑鼻而来。汤里的料和一般的冬阴功汤并无大异，但是虾的个头超级大，吃起来真的很爽！最棒的还是咖喱蟹。蓝象的咖喱蟹与其他普通的泰国餐厅不同，他们的咖喱蟹是去壳后取出蟹肉与泰式黄咖喱一同煮制。螃蟹选用的是澳洲的蓝蟹，肉质紧实而鲜甜。浓郁的咖喱里面蟹肉的量超级多，这样美味的咖喱蟹是需要配上特制的和红豆饭的，餐厅免费无限量提供。最后吃完需要舔盘的节奏啊！咖喱蟹的配菜还有一份细细的泰国米粉，放在咖喱汁里面轻微蘸一下也是好吃到爆。吃完扶墙而出，价格比Gaggan和Nahm还是亲民不少的，因为也算是高档餐厅，所以蓝象也是收小费和服务费的，最后算下来1000多泰铢，还算是性价比比较高的一家米其林餐厅！强烈推荐，高逼格性价比高很好预定的蓝象餐厅！

环境很棒，一桩黄色小别墅，里头都是柚木装修装饰的楼梯和地板包括墙。点了厨师推荐的菜品..第一道前菜是泰式沙拉和汤，沙拉酸酸辣辣很开胃。第二道前菜是拼盘,上菜时服务员会给你介绍上的是什么菜式,里面包含什么。菜的份量都不小，咖喱蟹是业界良心，蟹肉份量非常足。导致我们点的咖喱羊肉都根本吃不下了。好吃的有茉莉花冰激凌，榴莲蛋糕，焦糖杏仁慕斯，推荐 下次再来。
